One of our favorites although I will say our server Carson was not having a good night. Our drinks took 30+minutes to arrive. Not sure who's to blame for that but I think he could have been nicer overall about that situation. Food was great and I like the ambiance. If you go on a night that Bobby Ryder is performing in the bar, you will not be disappointed. He is a big part of why we love coming here.

Man.. Valentine's Day Dinner was amazing. I had grouper with shrimp! So tasty. The vibe in the restaurant was good. The music was on point. The server was a teacher, who was very pleasant. Sorry, I forgot her name. She teaches at an elementary School. But, anyway everything was on point. Seasoned well. Service was awesome!

Steak is King at this near-south Charlotte eatery. Remodeled to enhance the decor. American Cuisine with seafood and southern entrees available. Above average cuts of several steaks, cooked how you want. Full bar and outside seating available by the water. Service needs to improve at the Reception Desk and at the Table, but the food is way above the local average. Don't miss the She Crab Soup and save some room for dessert, even just to share. Parking available in the Arboretum shopping center. Prices are upscale but so is the food.

Since moving back to the Charlotte area from Texas, I’ve struggled to find truly good shrimp and grits, trying several places across both Carolinas. The Charleston shrimp and grits from Mickey & Mooch is easily the best I’ve found! They were delicious, with just the right amount of spice and the perfect creamy texture. The service was excellent. Although my order was to-go, the atmosphere and ambiance was quite intriguing, and I definitely plan a return dine-in visit!

Absolutely OUTSTANDING meal and service!! Consistent in quality, portions and cleanliness. Highly recommend the lump crab - I’ve never had quality crab in this quantity anywhere else - the freshness is unprecedented! Oh and filet medallion with Gorgonzola - I think hey called it fondue? The meat broke apart with the fork it was incredibly tender - wow!!!! My favorite place and we don’t have to go uptown or to Ballantyne to get an upscale, fancy atmosphere with great food!! Must try - oh and they have live music I believe Wednesday to Saturday! Great outdoor space and environment as well as good parking.

Food was good. I enjoyed a dinner salad topped off with a large portion of salmon. My other friends enjoyed chicken marsala. The bread on the table was beyond delicious served with a sweet butter. Our table faced the pond so we enjoyed the view. The prices were a little on the high side which means I would not think of going there on a regular basis.

We had our Mother’s Day lunch here. Atmosphere was very nice and food was very good. The steaks were good as ordered and portions good. One of the things I noticed is that besides our main waiter serving us, it seemed like a team approach. Others walking by would refill our water, or ask about other refills, and just ask if we needed anything. We never felt forgotten. I don’t notice other restaurants that seem to have others that help out a primary waiter. We enjoyed our experience.

This is my favorite restaurant, food, staff and management are very professional always. FYI, if you want a good place to have your wedding reception for 30 to 40 peeps, this is a great place. A shout out to Rubina our server for 2/14/19, awesome job. Do not be worried about prices because quality, taste and portion are always met. My wife and I or friends are never able to finish our plates. Chicken Carbonara and Charleston shrimp and/ or Grits/Mashed potatoes are on point.
