Cuzzo's Cuisine

My family was visiting the area and decided to give this place a try. As soon as we walked in we knew we choose the right place. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We ordered the Chefs Platter special to try a little of everything. Everything was delicious. The price was great. No crumbs were left! The presentation was everything! The lobster Mac was a big hit. This is our new go-in Charlotte.

It was my first time here. Came there for after lunch early dinner. Greeted at the door by the big security guy. Walk up to the counter to order, you give your name, pay, seat yourself, and they will bring your food out to you when it is ready operation. Before I paid, she asked me if it's was ok that the food would take about 25 minutes to be ready. The customer service is great. I ordered fried oysters and fries to eat there. I also ordered 5 lemon pepper wings and 5 mambo sauce wings to go. The oysters were very good, seasoned well, and fried right, but they were too small. The waffles fries were good. The lemon pepper wings did not have enough lemon flavor and fried a little too hard. The mambo sauce wings have a very nice flavor. They were good, but they also were fried a little too hard. The wings are not whole wings. I wish places start using the correct description of wings. If you have wings, that should mean one piece, including a drum, a flat, and a tip or just a drum and a flat. Wing dings or wingettes should be used for wing pieces drums and flats. Just my 2 cents.

Food is a bit pricey but the taste is spot on! Peach Cobbler waffles were moist and delicious. I would have liked to see more than 2 peach slices. Peach cobbler puts in the mindset of several slices in the meal. Chicken tenders were large and lean. I loved that. Seasoned fries needed more seasoning but were good for waffle fries. I would go back to try more items for sure.

I searched all day for some good eats in CLT and came across Cuzzos. Reviews sounded fire and everybody raving about how the lobster mac was the best in world made me order immediately. I got fried shrimp, jerk wings, and lobster mac n cheese. Ordered online, went to pick it up and everything was super quick. Make sure to bring an ID and the credit card you used to pick up your food. When I tell you this was the best food to ever touch my tongue I am so serious. I took a bite of the mac and it literally sent me into tears. I’ve never had anything so good in my life it literally made me feel relaxed and grateful. This was a life altering meal and I will 10009% be back next time I’m in CLT.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. If you have a chance you NEED to go here. The customer service is immaculate. The food is astounding. My taste buds experienced euphoria today. The music and environment are perfect and it feels like being with family. We came in a group and they treated us amazingly. Hit that Sunday buffet!

I stopped writing Google reviews because I did not like any of the places I've been trying. I started just cooking at home. But I'm in Charlotte visiting and I found my FAVORITE Cousins!!!! THIS FOOD'S SO GOOD I asked the owner/manager/man bringing the food out for a Hug. And he was HAPPY to hug me with a smile which says a lot about the ATMOSPHERE. There was some smooth jazz playing up to date songs on the speaker. They were Extremely Busy with Walk-ins, DoorDash and Uber Eats and I got my food in less than 20 min. The FOOD is DELICIOUS!(typing and eating at the same time) It is seasoned to Perfection. I had the fish, shrimp and lobster mac and cheese platter. Only thing I wish was I had some bread with it. And I didn't even know I like Cactus Pear Lemonade but I DO!!!! I recommend this place and will for sure be back when I'm in town! -Thanks Cuzzo's
