Charlotte Airport Chick-Fil-A located at 5501 Josh Birmingham Pkwy, Charlotte, NC 28208 next to Gates A and B in the Airport is a high volume store. Food is freshly made as there is so much turnover in product. Employees were very friendly and upbeat. No wonder their line is always long!! I invite you to follow me. Highly recommended! The line looks scary and long, but the service is actually really quick! I started at the back of the line with about 16+ people in front of me, and ended at the cashier within 10 minutes. Food and quality is really great, tastes fresh and delicious and overall a yummy meal. Definitely a highlight was the service, everyone was super friendly and patient and made the experience so much better. I'd recommend if you have more than 30 minutes to kill, then make sure to go here as you'd want to take your time and enjoy the food!

We had a late flight tonight with children and didn’t plan ahead that all places to eat closed at 10pm. This location was open until 10:30pm but they really hustled and stayed far past that time to take care of EVERYONE in line! I truly appreciate everyone! I worked with Jason and this man needs a raise! Needs to be promoted! That positive attitude while working past the time and maintaining FANTASTIC AND AMAZING customer service while tired is appreciated! He was by far the BEST customer service I have EVER received at any fast food industry locations!!

Catching up on reviews. I stopped here to get a quick bite to eat for breakfast once my plane landed on Monday, 09-05-22. It was early Labor Day morning, I wasn't cooking anything once I got home. There were plenty of people in the line, but the staff kept the line moving. The cashier was pleasant. They were also patient as the order ahead of mine consisted of a mother ordering with her three children. Would definitely stop by again whether leaving or returning to Charlotte.

Very Long live but worth it as per usual!!! Got the spicy chicken sandwich and added bacon and cheese with sauces added. Chicken nuggets and waffles fries with lemonade and no ice and it was amazing!!! Workers// staff were super friendly, very efficient, so quick with my order and everyone else’s. The line was moving very quickly. Food was nice and hot!! Definitely recommend!!

Was good food as always. Order was delivered just right and courteously. Single cashier took care of the long line by herself and very effectively. The management should take responsibility to provide more workers, especially at that busy time. Due to the long line and slight wait I saw potential customers headed to another place for lunch. We almost did as well.

It was 5:30am and this place had a long line while all the other food establishments in the airport were lucky to have 3-4 guests. I guess their good Christian values and the way they treat people pay off! If there’s a choice I choose Chick Fil A every time. The food was good and the service fast and friendly. I was a little surprised to have an up charge when I asked for a milk rather than coffee with my breakfast sandwich.
