Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Our family of 5 stopped in for a late lunch / early dinner yesterday. We were greeted and seated quickly. Sam was our server and she was awesome! Our food came out quick, was nice and hot and tasted amazing! A lil delay on getting fries refilled but they were short staffed on a holiday weekend so it was understandable. Had sone trouble playing at the table off their little tablet thing but Sam settled us very quickly. We'll definitely eat at this location again. Thank you for the great service!

One of my son's favorite places...I think it's b/c he can play games on their system while we eat! 🤣 Also, they give a menu with activities for the kids on one side & the food on the other. Hubby & I enjoy playing the games with our son too. It's a good way for younger kids to learn how to choose what they want to eat/drink and then order themselves. I had the fish & chips meal. Substituted the chips for onion rings. Fish was cooked a little too long, but it was still good. Son had the personal sized 🍕 w/ 🍟. He didn't really like the pizza but loved the fries & ate most of my onion rings. Normally, he gets the mini corn dogs but wanted something new. Drinks were refilled regularly. Fish meal about $17 (which I thought was a little high). His meal was around $10. Our waiter checked on us regularly, asked if we wanted to take our drinks to go. Overall, they're known for their burgers which are normally really good!

My food was good and the bottomless fries is always my fave. Lol. However the waiter we had had an attitude. It took them 30 mins to bring my my lemonade. AND another 15 for my wife's mill shake which was not made thenwaybit was suppose to. They put it In a to go cut like we weren't sitting there eating.

The food was good, and the milkshake was delicious. Service took a while to get us started off, and the manager came to apologize, saying it's because our server has been using the bathroom... I didn't need to know that. I almost walked when that happened, but we stayed, and once the ball started rolling, everything was great from then on. Would go again if I am on that side of town.
