I went here yesterday.. They finally reopened at Southpark Mall.. The prices have really gone up over the years.. I got a $19 box of chocolates for my friends birthday.. She was pleased so I can't complain.. I never had a bad experience here.. They have a better selection during Christmas and Valentines Day though..

When my grandfather was suddenly in a coma (and passed 12 hours later), my grandma was all alone in their living facility. Literally. Alone in her room. I was talking with her on the phone since I was halfway across the country and inn the middle of a blizzard. She had mentioned how much she'd like dark chocolate right about now.... I searched Godiva's website for dark chocolate, and came across their usual package. I called up the local branch, and explained the situation to their store manager, Patrica. She was very empathetic and - despite it being almost closing time - was able to put together a hand-crafted package of dark chocolates at an exceptional rate, AND - since she lived nearby and felt sorry for my grandmother's predicament - offered to HAND DELIVER IT TO HER the next day! Thank you so much, Patricia. This meant everything to me.

The chocolate is always really good every time I visit; regardless of the location. The only thing I initially had an issue with is the fact that there were macaroons for sale that were a week old. I had asked the sales associate if there were any that were fresh and she told me "No". Before leaving, I noticed some in a jar on the counter that was only 2 days old. I asked her to package them up for me. I highly recommend going. Just be sure to check the packaging for freshness. Some will have "Best by this date" and others will say "Prepared on_______".

I love this Chocolate place I have been coming here for years. They have the best Chocolate's in the Charlotte, NC area. If you join as a member you get 1 free chocolate of your choice for every month, and you get a treat on your Birthday. I come here to spoil myself my fiance and his dad with Chocolate's. You have to try there Oyster Shell Chocolate's and there dark Chocolate's too. But most of all try there ice cream 🍫🍦so good.
