Been coming here at least 20 years now with several changes of management. The other reviews focus on the prepared foods and the semi-prepared ones, but it's also a great source of hard-to-find ingredients like guanciale, high-quality imported pastas, and San Marzano tomatoes. The locally sourced ricotta from Mooresville is killer! One thing you gotta try: get their house-made focaccia and a tub of their gorgonzola-artichoke dip. You can make a meal of that. Just bread and dip, but wow. I do miss the onion-topped focaccia however (discontinued 10 years ago).

Love this market. Goods are a little pricy but worth every penny. We are always keeping the house stocked with their tortellini, lasagna, meatballs and par-baked baguettes. This is my go to location for good EVO. Then, the fresh pasta with all the options. Love to use their sheets for my homemade lasagna. Will also grab a bottle or two of their recommended wines to enjoy with dinner. Have rarely gone wrong here.

Our absolute favorite place for take-it-and-make-it at home pasta, meatballs, wine and pizza! With delicious fresh pasta and bread. Alyssa was super helpful showing us exactly what to get for making pizza at home. Also fantastic wine recommendations. She’s fun and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. Liza the manager is also super warm, welcoming and fun. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this place enough for some of the best and local Italian food. It's a lil place in the Charlotte neighborhood, but if you can slow down and find parking, it is absolutely worth it. When you walk inside, you're immediately in a cozy shop with lots of wine, fresh bread, and pasta being made in the back. There's focaccia near the front with other ingredients. Then in the freezers, there's great treats like tiramisu, pizza, and lasagna. I ordered a pistachio, plain, and chocolate cannoli along with focaccia, tiramisu, and a cheese pizza. Everything tasted amazing and I cannot wait to visit this shop again.

I visited this restaurant/market place twice with and without my family while in town and I like it so much. Great place. Food is freshest, delicious and tasty! Portions are good. A lot of vegetarian options. Staff is super welcoming! Oh and polite, absolutely great serving. Reasonable prices. Highly recommending....

I love Pasta & Provisions in Charlotte. I just moved here from NY and have been on the search for great pasta and sauce. None will ever taste as good as my Grandma’s and Aunt Nancy’s but Pasta & Provisions comes close. I love their marinara, meatballs and vodka sauce. The eggplant parm is great too and the fresh pasta and focaccia. So happy I found P&P!
