My husband and I come here quite frequently, and it is ALWAYS so good!! The servers are sweet, attentive, and work together as a team clearing tables and making sure you are set. We have had sushi, hibachi, ramen, several apps and they are all great!! We have never been disappointed.

Been here a few times now with friends and family, and every experience was amazing! Portions and prices are great, and food presentation is always beautiful. Service is always phenomenal. Restaurant has a wonderful ambiance.

My only regret is that I couldn't clean the bowl 100%

Dim lights, quiet atmosphere, and amazing smells from the kitchen. I knew this place would be good when I walked in.
I've eaten Ramen all over the city and the Tonkatsu Ramen (which is not on the menu) is so good my friend and I were moaning and didn'tcare if we got weird looks. 😂

This place is a Sushi gem. The prices are reasonable and the sushi very fresh and the rice made just right not too sticky. I had the Sushiya Roll which had avocado and crab plus cucumber. It was yummy! Even my boyfriend who normally does not like Sushi liked it. The service was good. My friend had some Tempura and shared it - it was crunchy with a thin flavorful batter. Will definitely go there again!

A quick sushi place for lunch on the South side of Charlotte turned into a wonderful surprise in finding Sushiya. Great Japanese fare, very fresh fish, great variety in my Chirashidon. The menu had a pedestrian sake list but when I asked about bottle options, they had some nice options that were not available on the menu.
$17 for soup, salad, a great sushi bowl and gyoza. See the pictures …

one of my favorite restaurants in Charlotte! they have so many delicious options, it’s difficult to choose! But my favs are the deep fried cali roll, veggie fried rice, and the AMAZING fried dumplings (fried dumplings are one of my favorite foods and Sushiya makes them perfectly). No complaints, and I recommend Sushiya to everyone. Soooo good. Also I have to add that I’ve only been for take out, but the restaurant area looks cute and I’ll definitely have to sit down to dine sometime soon.

I came here specifically for the spicy seafood noodle soup. Big bowl! Spicy, good amount of assorted seafood, veggies, and noodles. My experience with the staff has always been very good. They are very nice and accommodating. I drive 35 minutes to eat here.

I was surprised how good the food was. We only stopped here to grab a bite before going to matcha cafe meiko. Ordered the Hamachi Kama and the Sushiya "A" chef's special combo. The standard maki rolls were ok, but the quality of the sashimi was really good. I'd go back.

😋 So far so GOOD! I have been here a few times now, and it has been consistent.
The sushi is really great. I personally haven't had a bad roll yet.
The inside of restaurant is a little dated but its not too distracting.
I feel they could have more specials, however the sushi is good, so I can overlook it.
This is the 🍣 Crazy Crazy roll and it was Crazy Good Too 😉.
