Siam Garden

This place is amazing. You can’t get anymore authentic than Siam. My favorite thing on the menu is the mussuman chicken and the Shrimp Pad Thai. My wife loves peanut sauce and they are the few if any other Thai places in Charlotte that have it. What I respect the most about this place is the authenticity and consistency. Consistency is one of the hardest things to accomplish in the restaurant business and they have mastered it imo. Never disappoints 5🌟

😲 WOW... They have awesome Vietnamese food. Yes, they are pricey but the flavor of the food and the quality is up to par. This is my 2nd time eating here and It didn't disappoint me. Definitely try the crab Rangoons they have real crab Not kani. The pad Thai was solid and tasty. The dish with chicken-ginger-and veggies was delicious. This is a treat yourself restaurant. It's not fancy per se on the inside but you can tell they cook with pride!

Went here Friday night in late February. Initially it was just us. We were 5 people including children. Service was as expected. Food was delicious. But it was some what pricey for the area, service and food it came with. They had a lot of to go orders, thats what I noticed. Overall I would say deserves 4.1/5 stars mainly due to the price tab. But definitely give it a try.

I was in the mood for a noodle dish so ordered the Pad Si Ew via DoorDash. The two protein options on DD were ‘chicken/pork’ and ‘shrimp/squid’. It was unclear to me if the / meant I would get one or both, but I went with the latter since I like seafood. Turned out to be shrimp only, which I was totally fine with. Especially since it came with seven jumbo shrimp. The noodles were also wonderfully chewy, and I’m happy to report that Siam Garden sated my craving. Keep in mind that Thai food has its own scale of spiciness. Having been burnt in the past (like that?), I chose the medium spicy level which was perfect for me. And this is coming from someone who can handle spicy.
