Stopped in while Christmas shopping. I had lunch sushi special. 3 6-piece rolls. Good sized and tasty. Wife had the lunch bento box. Tasted and was really good! Great size for lunch. Will stop again when we are in the area.

One of our favorite places in southwest Charlotte / Fort Mill area for sushi and hibachi Japanese food. We've never had a bad experience here, and we've been here a couple or so times a year ever since we've been in the area the past 11 years. Service is always excellent from the moment you walk in. Whether hibachi or sushi, the food is excellent and a very good value for what you pay, which is competitively priced . The facilities are clean and well maintained, with a versatile environment that could accommodate somewhat formal and or romantic dates, or family outings too. We absolutely love their sushi! The location is great and they have decent amount of parking nearby. Expect a short to moderate wait on normal peak meal times, but that in t itself is an indication that the dining experience is worth the wait. Highly recommend Fuji Japanese Steak House!

I’ve eaten Hibachi since I can remember, and Fuji is by FAR the best one I’ve ever had. My children and I absolutely love it here. The staff is friendly, and extremely helpful. They know what their chefs need before asking, the communication is top tier.! All Hibachi doesn’t taste the same, but theirs is sooooo full of flavor.! One person will have enough food to feed 3 ppl so brace your appetite. !!!

Wow, what a great experience. My wife and I enjoyed the atmosphere, the chef who talked and joked around with us. You get plenty of food you won't finish. We did the hibachi side, and we had chicken and shrimp, which came with a side salad and soup. Noodles and rice with veggies were served with the protein. Go and enjoy the fun and great food.

A nice relaxing spot to dine with well portioned meals. The snow crab sushi was really flavorful! Wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

We have been coming to Fuji's since they opened. We come in once a week. We absolutely love this place! The manager Maggie and all the servers are like family to us! We know all of them by name. Food is always great and the servers are fantastic! Sometimes when it is busy you may have to wait on the weekends but it's worth it!!

Adequate, I would eat here again. I had the Shrimp teriyaki dinner box, paid close to $18 for what paid for I was honestly expecting less. But gratefully the food came with more than plenty including a salad and a cup full of soup. I love shrimp, I was hoping to see more but the amount will do anyways, 9/10 rating.

We had a good experience here but if I had to judge it against the many experiences I’ve had in Japanese Steak houses I would say it was average. The fried rice and noodles were over sauced for my taste. Maybe a bit disappointing. I gave it 4 stars because of the cook we had, we had a pleasant conversation. A real nice guy too. In their defense it was mothers day and they were extremely busy. It could’ve thrown off the quality of the food.
