Was decent enough. I picked up a cheese pizza. I asked for crushed red pepper and the person handed me like 12 packs lol. I told them I only need one. They said well you can you keep the rest so you have some at home. I said I’m in hotel I only need one. I left the rest. Nice gesture but wasteful practice. Place looked nice but is kinda hard to see if you’ve never been there.

This has been a mainstay for myself and my friends for nearly 10 years. When the weather is nice, sitting on the patio is just awesome. Great staff and delicious food. Perfect place to watch a game on TV as well!

Love their lunch special with salad and 2 slices of pizza. The staff is always so attentive, friendly and efficient with orders. I usually sit on the patio because it's a great ambiance outside. However, the area is loaded with flies. I would like to suggest having citronella candles on the table and / or some ther source to capture the flies. Otherwise a great place to enjoy unch or donner.

Shout out to the manager on duty, Gina! She went above & beyond to fix the mix up on my door dash order! The food was fantastic as always! I only go to the one on Fairview Rd cause the food quality is always perfect as well as the service. Awesome manager, great service, delicious food

In town visiting for a couple of days and wanted to try something local. .y son and I sat at the bar and it was pretty crowded. Josh (the bartender) was probably one of the hardest working bartenders I have seen in a while. He made sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed while handling the bar duties all on his own. The pizza was fantastic. I'd eat there regularly if I lived in Charlotte. Highly recommend.

Have quickly become our to-go pizza place. Prices are reasonable. We like the ambiance and the variety of menu options. Service staff are always courteous.

Besides being run by children and generally having to wait 10 minutes for my food regardless of the size of my order, I will always love Brixx. Although the pizzas have gotten smaller since covid and they definitely skimp on toppings now. It's always packed with happy families which I do love to see. Staff is usually pretty nice too.

The staff is always welcoming and nice. It's a nice place for a quick, casual bite to eat. The only reason it's 4/5 ⭐️s ... my pizza is never consistently the same. Sometimes it's over cooked or cheese is all in 1 area vs evenly spread. I've never sent it back, but I'm sure the server would get it taken care of it I did.

The pizza and pasta were good. The pecan pie crust was too hard. The ice cream and peach sauce were good. There was trash under our booth that hadn't been swept from earlier. The service was friendly and great. I would likely go back again. They have a nice patio area. The restaurant is in the center of the shopping courtyard.
