I got the ranch chicken club. It was amazing. I will say that the curly fries aren't curling like they used to. I got a medium and only had 3 curly fries. The rest were curled fries or C fries. They were lil Luther fries and not big Luther. Let's get the curly back in the fries, please.

Last time I had Jack In the box was last year back in TX and since I was in the Charlotte area I couldn’t resist ordering some tacos with some of their buttermilk ranch 🤤 and a Spicy Chicken sandwich ( I recommend you to sub the bread for sourdough, it’s a game changer) and their curly fries were fresh and delicious 🤤

Kylie worked the drive thru this morning and she did an amazing job. She got everyone taken care of very quickly. My order was correct. She even provided great customer service with a smile. I appreciate all of the employees working and giving the customers a great customer experience today!!

10 stars for Jack in the box tacos and curly fries! They delivered on our expectations and did not disappoint. We came for the tacos and devoured all every bite of deliciousness. The inside dining was not opened so we went through the drive-thru and sat outside under the pergola. There were 4 picnic tables, I was not mad to be outside as it was beautiful. Thank you for making our lunch stop so awesome, Jack in the box!

We have frequented this Jack for over 20 years and it's one of my wife's favorite stop on our way back and forth from New England to Florida. This last stop was heartbreaking for her as they closed the dining room. We think for lack of workers... The staff was stressed... We hope folks will go back to work and keep this store alive!!!
This is the second store we stopped at this trip that had the same situation...
We are sorry for the Jack owners that are fighting to keep their business running efficiently and profitable.

This is my go to Jack in the Box. Great food quality and customer service. The drive thru line is quick and they put the sauces in the bag before I even have to ask.

I was in the area of a Jack in the Box and decided to try the new cheddar loaded cheeseburger. It was pretty good and different. It's one burger joint I usually try to make it to whenever I'm in the area. There's always so much stuff on their menu. I always try to find something different to eat each time I go.
