Rita's Italian Ice Of Plaza Midwood

Wow what a great example of doing things right. My husband and I went to Rita's the other night for some custard or Italian ice. We pulled the door handle and they were already closed for the night. I had already been to two other ice cream shops that I will let remain nameless and was unable to get what I wanted. A very polite gentleman came to the door to tell us the hours of operation I said I just wanted something sweet he said come on in I still have a few things out for you to choose from. I got the lemon Italian ice and the black cherry Italian ice side by side. Delicious! I will definitely be returning to Rita's and trying many different flavor combos. Thanks for making my night.

Love this place and the staff is wonderful and very hospitable. The Italian Ice has to made from frozen stars that fall ever so gently from Heaven and flavored by the tears of Angels! I'm addicted!❤❤❤❤❤❤ I mix all 6 flavors in my Nutribullet of course and drink until I become one the the flavors or become borderline diabetic.😍😍😍😀😀😀😋😋😋

I have been wanting to stop by Rita's ice-custard-happiness for many years. My daughter and I finally came here today as a planned special treat; she got a Unicorn Glitter. Friendly staff and plenty of changing flavors. They have a rewards system where you can get free Italian ice after a few visits. The sampler is a great deal because you can try 4 flavors. They change the flavors depending on the day but the main staples remain. Sour patch is my favorite. Clean restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating as well as bathrooms available. The parking lot is shared and small and at times it can be hard to find parking. Located in a strip mall.

A close friend of mine and i were out yesterday and she wanted to do some shopping. So we stopped bye a number of different stores during our outing. Rita's was one of them. We ordered a Blood Orange Italian ice. The taste and flavoring was absolutely fantastic. A myriad of flavors are available as well as custards. For a quick and tasty summertime snack, i strongly recommend this place.

I Think Ritas is the best place to get Italian ice. But not to forget their amazing custard. The service here is fast and attentive. The prices for the custard can be a little step but defiantly worth it. As for the Italian ice it is cold and good not to mention that is made daily and flavors are being changed and new ones added all the time.
