Amazing food and service. We ordered chicken tender with salad and Shawerma chicken it was really delicious. The staff is very welcoming and kind. I'll definitely come again.

The customer service is always great! Been coming here for years, only had one order mistake which was taken care of graciously by management. Really great spot! Also, I’m a wing person but the tenders here are amazing.

The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always great too. I love that they allow you to sample new wing sauces. But my go to flavor is strawberry hot with lemon pepper. Don’t knock it until you try it. Definitely a staple wing spot of mine.

Was referred to this place by a friend and from the time I walked in everything was on point! The young lady Arlette definitely got me right with great customer service and suggested the best wing flavors based on public popularity and her on personal preference I’m going home satisfied and full…I’ll be back tomorrow lol

This and the uptown location are the only Chex I go to. For some reason the other locations aren’t good and the chicken isn’t as fresh. The service is pretty good and all the employees are nice! I eat here about twice a week, one of my favorite chicken spots in Charlotte ! The inside isn’t the cleanest but I just pick up my food and leave

The beautiful lady with the accent was super sweet! No hostility at all, you can tell she loves servicing people! Made sure our meal was prepared with love and it was EXACTLY how we wanted it!

The young ladies here are always so nice and prompt! I love the sweet tea and the grilled chicken Cesar with house toppings!!! Definitely a staple in the community when you want good fresh food that is reasonably priced and tasty

The customer service is amazing!!! Yasmin helped me today. She is the kindest person ever, she was so patient. She helped me with everything on the menu and explained everything to the best of her abilities. The food was amazing and the price is good for the amount of food you get. Also the food was hot and fresh.

Omgggg… where do I start. For one I love the location the owner of this location is very nice and pleasant. I tired a shrimp Alfredo stub today 🙃🤤 it was the best I ever had the sauce was really good I couldn’t stop eating the sub. If you’re located in the Charlotte area you must stop by and enjoy their good food trust me you will not be disappointed!!
