Nothing Bundt Cakes

I placed an online order for 5/19/23 to be picked up at 12pm. I never received an email/text to say the order was ready. I called at 12:20pm to confirm if it was ready, it was. I showed up around 12:40pm to get the order. For some reason there was a 90second confused interaction with the counter personnel, to find my order with my 1st & last name. I had to pull up the email. Just for me too bring the order back home and realize the add-on birthday accessories were not on the bundtinis. If I cannot make a simple order of a dozen bundtinis with a common add-on and get proper notification when it’s ready then it’s not worth me spending money at this location. Especially since I spent money on an add-on service I did not get. EDIT: The manager of this location has since rectified this Situation by refunding me the items that weren’t serviced. Thank you !

Even though Publix had ruined the moment but i was able to redeem myself the fall selections were absolutely amazing and my order wasn’t 500.00 i got 2 custom orders of cupcakes and a cake. For one small 2 tier cake from they wanted almost 500.00 i felt defeated. I’m so happy that i sprung into action and remembered we absolutely love Bundt cakes so i put in a order and it was ready the same day. Thank you. It’s the small things that count for me. We are so appreciative. 100% recommended to everyone. We took the cakes in a restaurant and everyone asked where did we get those. Wow! I have only got the mini Bundt's the last two years for my husband's birthday for 25 guys and they ALL love them! They are now requesting them every year for the annual birthday/Gauley release kayak trip! The chocolate chip is so smooth, light, fluffy and delicious! The red velvet is also amazing and delicious! They offer a lot of different flavors which I am sure are equally delicious but have not ordered as of yet. Their online ordering/pick up is easy and user friendly. This is my new go to place for birthday or celebrations!
