****Update**** Service has improved with the staff seemingly stable now. Orders are correct. My 2x a week visit has been great with friendly faces and great service. It took some time, but this place has gotten back to the amazing customer experience Chick-fil-A is known for. 2020-2 star review: I come here quite often. This last time I ordered the grilled deluxe with no cheese or tomato add bacon. I received a fried deluxe with cheese and tomato no bacon. My salad was supposed to have grilled chicken instead fried was received. The nugget meal was fine. We didn't eat right away and I didn't feel like taking the hassle to drive back and exchange the food. I called but the line rang a few times and it seems like someone purposely hung up on me. I don't know what happened I'm hoping this was just a one time occurrence. Lucky for me I could take the chicken out of my salad and the hubby ate the fried food.

I came to this location yesterday and let me tell you, this will be my new go-to chick fil a! #1 I have to point out Josh in the drive-thru! Serving looks with an AMAZING personality to go with it. I even spoke to the manager in regards to him. #2 I was in and out of that line SO quick. #3 This location is actually closer to me then the one on Rea Rd. The food was top tier as always! I would like to point out the level of service that I received. THIS is why I will for SURE return.

I had door dashed an order and it got messed up. I was missing several items. We called the restaurant and they said to come there and they would fix it. They ended up giving us two bags of food and more drinks. We also got a bunch of coupons for free things. The manager Josh was awesome and made sure we got everything we needed. Thank you!
