Jack In The Box

At this point I give Up !!!! Can I just get some Curly Cheese Fries no bacon,no ranch sauce, just cheese on the side or even on the fries. I can say honestly I have waited several months during the pandemic to give ratings & grace for this Jack location because of the lack of workers. I know its not easy but man. It has increasingly got worst. My food is Never hot, even after being in line 20 sometimes 30 mins. Charged $3.50 for some fries in a combo that I didnt want besides I don’t like ranch on my fries. Also I work alot and the weekend I sleep in and wake up starving at 8/9 and want a hot sandwhich. Not happening here EVER in the pass 3 years. I keep asking just a side order of cheese sauce . I dont know how to charge for only cheese I am told. Now the Cluck chicken would be a Great Sandwhich if it was not over fried hard and luke warm. I give up so grocery store here I come. I believe the days of Quick,Hot semi decent food service with a smile and no attitude is OVER. Unfortunately I am finding most fast food in the Pineville Matthews Area to be absolutely Horrible. Can I have my $12.50 back? So I know what your thinking why go if the food is bad your right !!! But I keep hoping that things will change Opps my bag and thats on me

The store was open, lights on, people in front of me at the drive through. Nobody was taking orders. Each car would pull up, wait to be greated, and when that didn't happen they would drive away. This was a very bad experience, but luckily other places to eat are right negreater, I would skip this location for some time until their operations improve. I am hopeful this was a short term issue.

I came to the Pineville Matthews location last night and it was only one employee working and to my surprise he took my order. Some night it hit or miss at this Location and they tell me doordash only and it 3 to 4 people working. I really do appreciate his young man’s work ethic. And I would be happy to have him take my order any day of the week with his upbeat attitude and that friendly smile even though the line was around the building. This encounter gives me hope for the location.

Food ordered online must be picked up at the drive thru. I went up and asked if it's ready, the person at the window started to say something, and suddenly the next one came with a big shout that I have to stand in line, and if it does not suit me, I can cancel the order. This girl was aggressive, arrogant! I hope that she will be fired, because such people should not serve customers! I hope that her boss will draw appropriate consequences for her outrageous behavior!

My goodness, what a pleasant surprise on a Thursday night! (Considering Mc Ds next door didn't have a single light on, looked like a ghost town) This Jack in the Box stood out shining bright next to the darkness, and the Woman who ran the drive thru was extremely friendly, and welcoming! She was so kind, fresh food and friendly service! Due to the desolation of covid, she showed she cared about us, herself and her job with awesome HOT FRESH food that was just made. Definitely be revisiting this location! PS The chicken strip are fantastic and made out of REAL chicken!! 🐔
