What a great first experience. I'm near Lake Norman and couldn't find anyone to assist with my last minute request. I called and Ethan answered all my questions and was able to get my request taken care for the very next morning. 3 days before Christmas. Arrived and it was just as asked and the entire staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back!

Was quite disappointed by the gorgonzola & artichoke cheese spread. I purchased first on Saturday, brought it home, we ate it and it was so delicious! So much as I was passing by on Monday and decided to stop in and get another tub. Not sure what changed in 2 days, but this batch tasted awful. I thought it just needed to be stirred up, but that was not the case. It was like somoene sat it out somewhere, and it got to room temperature, and then tried to refrigerate it again. Had to throw it out. I guess I'll buy straight from the source next time. I've not had a problem with any other products and will continue to shop here.

I don’t want to lower your rating but I have to say. God awful brisket. Lumpy cut and came out horribly. Have smoked countless briskets from HT, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, sprouts etc. This was hands down the worst $47 I’ve ever spent at a butcher, will not be back, regular cuts of meat that you can easily get at another grocery, none of their stuff is organic and just from some Joyce farms and other hormone farms that every restaurant uses in the Charlotte area. Save your money and just go to grocery store at least they have some FDA regulated cuts. Also those marinated chicken strips they have gave me the severe stomach issues, I wish I could go back in time and save my money and underwear

It is a high-end store and it carries all types of seasonings and prepared foods and meats and other items. I'm doing a low carb lifestyle so I walk away from all the sugar foods and I go to things like pork rinds and the pork rinds here are really good and I buy two bags when I go there because that way I'm stucked up and if I need to nibble on something I've got those. The meat looks great here but I'm on a budget cuz I'm a senior.
