This place has been in business for over 20 years and I totally understand why. The food is consistently delicious and made with love by the owner. The son runs the register and is so happy and helpful every time we go. Always a pleasant experience with Korean and Japanese options. I love their vegetarian bibimbop! Tempura chicken pictured below, my bf loves it!

This is the best place in Charlotte for traditional Japanese food hands down. The Katsudon is amazing and for the cost there is no place in Charlotte that can beat them. I really wish they stayed open longer than lunch, I could see them killing it with the dinner/late night crowds. It's the only reason stopping me from eating there every other day!

I get my lunch take out from here regularly when I am in Charlotte for work. They are very consistently good with their food. Well priced as well. Food is always consistent. One of the cheapest lunches and tons for food in town. The cook has been there every day for 14 years I've been there. Stopped in to grab some food to go. Was just after the lunch rush. It has a small but good selection of food. More of a to go place. The food was good and it came out quickly. In Latta Arcade there was several of this type of to go places.

Some of the best Japanese/Korean food you'll have. The Korean dishes are to die for and the Tempura Chicken is the best! The sweet lady cook does an exceptional job with the food. If you have a urge for some Teriyaki chicken, beef etc.....this is the place you need to go! Prices are excellent and the owners always make you feel welcome and appreciated. 5 well earned stars.
