Five Guys

First time at Five Guys - the burgers and fries were amazing. I'm deducting one star because I ordered ahead using the five guys app and arrived at the store ten minutes later when the app said my food would be ready. However, once I checked in at the counter I waited another 10 minutes before the order was ready. Hopefully that quirk with their app gets fixed because the food is pretty awesome.

My family just finished our dinner here and we are stuffed! Food is delicious. We love fresh, hand patted burgers. My wife and i had cheeseburgers, and my son had the grilled cheese. The fries were great as well. Huge portions. All 3 of us could've shared 1 side of fries alone. Only thing is very high in calories and price. As far as flavor goes, it doesn't get much better than here.

When I'm hungry for a burger with the works and I want one that is delicious, cooked to perfection and has limitless toppings there is only one local place I visit– Five Guys at Galleria in Charlotte, NC. So if your going to pick up or eat in, relax and know you'll be take care of. There customer service is superb, they keep the menu consistent. The staff is courteous, fast and the peanut while you wait...keeps the hunger at bay until you food is ready! Thanks Five Guys for keeping your food fresh, cooked to perfection, and having that old fashion hamburger stand feel I enjoy visiting every time. You always over exceed my expectations every time. Keep making the best hamburgers that are worth every delicious bite. I would recommend Five Guys to anyone looking for the best Burger in town. They are just simply the Best! Until next time...
