Subway

We have eaten here before and it’s been great but this time really disappointed me. The cookies were raw and the bread undercooked also raw as well. The salt and pepper were dumped on without care and my partners sub is swimming in mayonnaise. Everything tossed together in a messy way. This is my last time at this subway. Gross!!

Tan, the employee who restocked the meats and veggies was very friendly and took pride in her work. I have never seen a Subway’s trays so stocked, fresh and clean. It’s hard to find good customer service anymore and people who do their jobs right. I really appreciated Tan for putting effort into her job, being welcoming and making sure the customer had everything they needed with a good attitude!

Absolutely one of the worst sandwiches I've ever attempted to eat. After 3 bites, it went into the trash. The bread was doughy & not completely cooked. The steak was absolutely uneatable. Gross is the nicest thing I could say about it. The tomatoes were at least a few days after they should have been thrown out. Even the mustard had no taste. 1 star because the guy working was absolutely amazing. Greeting with a smile. Happy, nice, & professional which is a true rarity in this town for food service staff.

Came here on a Saturday evening with my kids. There were about 5 people in front of us. I noticed there was only one employee working the restaurant by herself. Tan prepared everyone’s sandwiches in such a quick, clean and very collected manner. She was very polite, friendly and very professional during what I would consider stressful time to be running a restaurant alone. I thought I would be in line for over 10 minutes but was so amazed with her performance. Tam definitely deserves a raise or to be promoted. Well done Tam 👍

One person working 12:30 - lunch time - customer line is 6 people behind me - 3 additional have walked out the door - I don't know who staffs one person for lunch rush. I've been waiting in line for 20 minutes and still haven't made it to counter. That's $30 in revenue that walked out the door it would have cost $12 to staff someone for an hour and you would have made better customer relations and got repeat business. I won't be coming back And I'm sure those others won't be either.

Im not sure who owns this place but I didn't have a friendly experience. I wasn't really greeted, he toasted my sub that I didn't even want toasted, and stared at me almost rushing me to finish with my order so he can return using his phone. I spend tons of money on Subway each week for lunch. I'll never visit this location again!
