We stopped in after playing at the south Charlotte location just so my kid could say hi to Helen Hen (her favorite character) and we were absolutely delighted that this location dressed the characters for Halloween. Hilarious and well done! It’s not the cleaner location (still clean enough) but the staff were friendly and it had a more relaxed atmosphere.

Went here to see the animatronics! The road stage was cool to see, but they were not in great condition… I wish that Chuck E Cheese would fix the animatronics or even make new ones! Anyways the place was very clean and the staff was really nice.. overall I would recommend!

First time I took my 3 year old here, and he had a blast! The staff was polite and the place was clean. This was a great idea his aunt suggested going right after work. What a great way to burn extra energy he was asleep 3 minutes after leaving.
