They were very helpful! I ordered online for delivery but for some reason it was processed as pick up and I was at work so no way for pick up! I called the store and Josh was able to switch it to delivery and my family got the pizza in 30 minutes! That was fantastic. Thanks Josh 🙏🏽

You don't order Papa John's for the atmosphere, you just want consistent pizza. It's typical Papa John's. I will say they often go light on the toppings. We like mushroom pizza and rarely get many mushrooms. I've started ordering double mushroom, and even that doesn't get the topping loaded on there. At least they are consistently fast making the pizza. We don't do delivery, so can't speak to that.

My first time ordering Papa Johns pizza, staff were amazing, friendly, store was clean, I ordered the one topping thin crust, which was exceptional, buttery crust, just enough cheese, toppings.

This is by far the best papa Johns location. Pizza is always hot and delivered in a adequate amount of time. That girl with the pink hair is always fast at delivering too, and her CS skills always above and beyond. 👍🏼

Fresh all the time . Delivery can be lengthy though so I usually pick up . Would definitely recommend if you are in the hickory grove area !

I ordered for pickup. Staff were very friendly but one pizza had no cheesy in the middle. Besides the weird spot with no cheese, pizza was cooked perfectly with crispy edges.

I have never had bad service at this Papa John's. My husband was not happy with an order he called and management fixed the issue immediately. The employees are very friendly as well as the delivery drivers. I had ordered pizza at another establishment. They did not show up for deliver after two hours and would not answer the phone. I called Papa John's and they had my order to me within 20 minutes if not less. I ordered well done

So love this place, excellent Pizza, but customer service lacks good positive attitude when answering phones calls! And if the business wants to strive...... please do better customer services when answering phones calls! Make it a top priority to make a customer feel GREAT when ordering from you!
