The crew working today (Nov 10th) at lunch time were amazing. They were extremely busy and clearly working hard to keep up. Even through the rush, they showed great customer service and patience with a difficult customer ordering in front of me. The team working deserve to be recognized for their hard work!

Listen!! If you know lunch time is your busiest time please have people filling up your napkins container, refilling empty tea containers, take the trash out, and most of all make sure you are staffed so the ones there are not so flustered they provide unfavorable customer service!! I get it. Short staff. But the staff needs to be trained better. !!

I am always impressed by this Chipotle branch, even when it's close to closing time. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the full attention and get exactly what you need. The food consistently maintains its delicious taste and freshness, and the service is truly exceptional. The staff members are friendly, welcoming, and attentive to your needs, providing you with the best possible service. Without a doubt, this Chipotle outlet in Ayrsley Charlotte stands out as one of the finest.👍

This is the first time we tried this place. Great way to end our vacation. The line was long but it was well worth it. The workers were very friendly. My family and I, gave this place 5 stars. Trust me it's hard to get a 5 from us. We ordered 2 bowls and 1 burrito. The bowl consist of the following: white rice, half steak and half chicken, black beans, vegetables, queso, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, and hot sauce. The burrito consist of: white rice, black beans, chicken, queso, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and hot sauce. All delicious! Portion is huge! Try it out!
