"The INconvenience store"
Work nearby. Have gone by this store around 8:30 at night before work, I'm going by there many times during the evening and it is always locked tight with the lights still on.
Completely pointless. At least have the decency to turn off your outside sign so we don't get our hopes up!
After all my years of living in Japan I absolutely love 7-11.
This location is a disgrace.

Hispanic lady behind the counter told me I could get cash back and when I tried to no option appeared for cash back and when I tried to returned the purchase with both my Samsung pay and physical copy of the same card she told me I couldn't get my money back and then rushed me out.

If I could award negative stars I would. This is hands down the worst 7 eleven I’ve ever been to. They sold us rotten milk with 3 days until expiry. Met with nothing but resistance and inconsiderate management when attempted to exchange or reimburse. Needless to say this place is in a good location and will survive based on that fact alone but it’s managed by inconsiderate con artists. Personally will not go back and unless you’re feeling risky do not trust anything they sell that is of a perishable nature.

Google needs to update the hours - they are not open 24 hours and have not been for the entire pandemic. Closes at 10 PM. Also there is an issue on some of the map tools where this store is actually located. You have to look at the address and then find the park it is across from. Google maps located somewhere near the Westin hotel most of the time.
