The Jerk Joint Jamaican Restaurant

I used the Jerk Joint to cater my housewarming. Ordered the jerk chicken, brown stew chicken, Mac and cheese, rice and peas, collards and cabbage. Everything was ready and hot when i arrived for pick up. Ms. Angel put on a master class with every dish. The food was seasoned to perfection, amazing flavor, just a perfect meal. I could not have chosen a better place to cater my event!! Thank you Ms. Angel and the Jerk Joint!

My friend had the Jerk Joint cater her housewarming party. We had jerk chicken, stew chicken, rice and peas, Mac and cheese and cabbage. The food was delicious. The jerk sauce set it off. Everything was great. I went back for seconds on the jerk chicken and it was gone. The food was hot and ready when we picked it up and the owner even brought it out to the car and helped load it. I would definitely recommend this place for any event or just to grab a bite.

We stopped here for lunch on the way back to SC. It's a short drive from the Outlets tucked away in a small strip shopping center. We viewed the menu, ordered, paid, and sat down with our drinks. The food was freshly made and brought to our table in styro containers in a matter of minutes. My wife had the 3 Jerk Chicken Tacos. Generous portion of tender chicken with a nice sweet mango salsa to help counter the heat. I had the Curry Goat with rice, fried plantains, and collards. Delicious!! Very authentic Jamaican food.

Thank you very much for cooking a flavorful dinner for my husband and me. We loved our order. I had salmon over rice and he had the chicken sandwich. I tried the coleslaw his sandwich came with and it was yummy. Also, the fried plantains were super nice and the collard greens was served hot. The food was fresh and we were happy.

Hands down THE BEST Caribbean restaurant have tried in Charlotte 😁 The restaurant is bright and inviting with delicious fragrances of jerk chicken and the like wafting in the air!! The food...ON POINT! The prices just right! I would go here again and again and again. I would even have them cater an event for me because their standard of cleanliness, impeccable!!

As a first time customer I've been coming here frequently within a couple of weeks. I came across this place and decided to give it a try especially since I was craving some good Jamaican food. And man did I luck up..! There's something special about this place on how the food is cooked. You can definitely tell by tasting it. The food to go was not only appealing with a nice presentation but more importantly the quality and freshness to the taste. I've never tasted plantains as good as this place makes them.! The jerk seasoning was just right. A little bit of heat but not overpowering. The mac n cheese was delicious. The tacos 🌮 are definitely a good choice and freshly made to the taste. My first few experiences have been nothing but great. Its too bad you're not able to enjoy eating inside due to this covid-19 mess. I'll definitely continue try their other selections off their menu.
