Captain D's

The fish sandwich combo has always been our favorite items in the menu. It didn't disappoint! 😍 But, the French fries weren't hot. They were soggy so we didn't eat them. The price of the sandwic combo had increased by 50% which was a big hike. We know everything is getting more expensive, but that was a big jump.

Mostly, I go through the drive-thru. My food is always right and the window attendant is always friendly. When I say friendly, I mean that good customer service that was standard in the 80s, friendly. Nice to know it still exist. Update: My 5 star remains but considering my experience, visiting this establishment for first time at night. This excellent customer service, previously spoken of, may be reserved to day shift. Came through drive-thru after 8 pm on 9/18/2022. Sandwich was thrown together and fries 60% burnt and appeared old. Drive-thru thru attendant wasn't rude, but disengaged. Guess I'll stick to daytime visits, where service is pristine.

Just so there's no misunderstanding this post concerns the Captain D's on Sharon Amity here in Charlotte, NC. Dining room closed, drive through only. The lady at the drive through window was very pleasant. The food looks really good, we haven't eaten yet. And it didn't take long to get the food and our order was correct. If you want Captain D's go to the Sharon Amity location. Stay clear of the location at 123 Eastway Drive.

Shot out to the wonderful, courteous , polite...EVERYTHING young man at the drive thru!!!Shot out to Captain D's !! Hot and Fresh!! I'd give that young man 10 stars!! I think I heard another gentleman who seemed to be polite as well...just shot out to everyone that's working that shift 👏👏👏 Now we know how that line can get! It's well worth it to get some hot, good food & courteous service! Shot out raising them young men!!!RESPECT!!! I usually don't do reviews...well I've done one I think but I was so impressed!
