I love the customer service from the young teenage girl! She has such a great attitude.

Best customer service ever!!! The young girl that was working in here did an amazing job with her service. She was the only one working and got us I and out with a smile and speedy service! That is saying a lot! Because the customer service in the university area sucks when it comes to fast food 😕

The man working there was working as fast as possible with a long line. Major kudos to him! But he should not have to work alone especially when it gets soo busy! The subs were great!

The sandwich maker is amazing. She just doesn't prepare your meal, she REMEMBERS your order and YOU. When you reenter the door, she knows what to prepare--what bread and condiments you like. I'll ALWAYS get my food here. It's close to home and that level of personalized service is nothing short of AMAZING after a long day at work.

This store maybe outdated, but the Service is excellent & my Sandwich was well prepared, especially when Jacob works!

I visited this place today and I was served well, however I had to really raise my voice to be heard through my mask AND the very loud music playing in the store. I think that since we all have a hard time hearing through masks, it is common sense the music should not be on.

Usually good but they sometimes don't get my orders correct. I always order from the subway app so.it is exactly ordered as I want it but some sandwich makers don't pay attention to my requests.

The sandwiches were good. Bread was fresh. I had ordered online but when I got there they weren't ready yet. The girls making them said they had just had a giant rush. They made them quickly though and apologized. I didn't have to wait long at all. I loved ordering online... the site makes it easy and since I have a family member who's order is always complicated, I could make him do it himself and just pick them up.
