After I spent $50 on DoorDash to get two plates a ribs they arrived a hour and 20 minutes late for me and my son to eat for dinner they were so tough I couldn’t even rip it when I did ripping apart I realized it was still paying I don’t even think they cooked it but it was burnt on the outside. DoorDash only gave me back $13 in credit is crazy because now me and my son I have to go out to get some food instead after waiting an hour and a half for some raw ribs. Then they sent me loaded mashed potatoes I don’t even eat loaded mashed potatoes it wasn’t when I selected and this is the worst experience ever

It was a 20 minute wait to be seated on a Saturday night with most of the dining room empty. That should've been a sign of things to come.
We ordered bar drinks when we sat down, but they came an hour later, after we had eaten (and asked about them multiple times). We ordered boneless wings for our app, and they came quick, but there was no silverware or napkins, and no one around to get us any.
We were never checked on, and had to flag someone, anyone, to get an update on drinks.
All in all, the food was pretty decent and came out super fast, but the wait service was the worst imaginable.

1) We ordered a 2 for $25 and a free appetizer lunch special.
2) We waited 1 hour only for the waitress to come out and say that they had the hamburger but no buns😳🤦. So we didn't order something else because we didn't want something else.
3) We were then charged for the "free" appetizer because they couldn't accommodate our order.😥
4) I ordered a steak well done and it was a little red and chewy. I couldn't tolerate the chewy and just gave up on that steak and the fries were cool.
I'm mad at myself because, once they came out after an hour and said they could only satisfy one order I should have left.

Had to wait a while for our drinks. Had to ask another waitress for straws because our waiter disappeared. Waited again to order our appetizers. No silverware or napkins. Had to ask a completely different waitress for those. Half way through eating our appetizers, I told the waiter, as he passed us by for the third time with empty drink cups on our table, that we were ready to order our mains and would like a refill. 20 minutes later, we finally got the refill and ordered the main dishes. 5 minutes later he comes to the table and says the kitchen is closed for the evening. What!?!? Would've been nice to have been told the kitchen closed at a certain time when we got there. Never going to this location again. It's terrible. Appetizers were mediocre at best. Tasted like everything was reheated in the microwave.

We had a great time. Our waiter with the locks (forgot his name..sorry..) did an awesome job! He got all of our orders right, split up the checks without confusion or mistakes. He was friendly and kept us updated on the timing of our orders. The kitchen was closed but he took it upon himself to make sure one of our burgers were made the way we wanted. He even stayed with us while we sang happy birthday to my mother in law..it wasn't too packed and the wait wasn't long for a table. Havnt had this type of service at a restaurant since covid..greatly appreciated!

I'm giving two stars because my waitress truly tried... But let me tell you, drinks took 30 mins to arrive, food took another 30, apps came AFTER my meal, and our food was cold. But the dessert was on point. I know that they are so understaffed , and while we were there we heard one waitress arguing with another sand the cook walked out. I'm sure everyone is just overworked and overwhelmed. I left my waitress a good tip it is what it is. The only place not understaffed these days in the Chinese Restaurant 🤷🏽♀️

We were their for about 6 hours because they messed up our order plus they told us our waitress was helping others so ask the lady who seat people for assistance. It normally takes us about 2 hours and we are out. But when we had a waitress she was good. Plus it took forever to get our food. Then had to be sent back because it was burnt. By the time we got it back, everyone else ate and it was time to go. Then the check was wrong after waiting 30 minutes after asking for it. It just wasn't good. They tried to give us a discount which was a good gesture. But after many complaints the manager didn't charge us.
