The staff were amazing and attentive even to my daughters doing their orders (6,9). The food was delicious, my kids had potato soup and a turkey with avocado sandwich and we're in heaven. I had a wreck with chili and both were very delicious. You can tell they use high quality meat and fresh veggies that you can choose. Overall great experience

Quality of ingredients is great. Portion sizes are great. Customer service is great. I found Potbelly originally on a trip to DC and now go at least once a month in my hometown

Good location with great customer service from the staff. I am a weekly lunch visitor at this location. Last week I made my normal order and forgot my wallet before trying to make my payment. The worker there said you come here all the time and the lunch order is on the house. I was pleasantly surprised and it made my day! 5 star customer service and I will continue to come this location on a weekly basis.

Didn't know this was a chain, but the food and the staff made u feel at home! My daughter and I had the Italian and it was fantastic! Very fresh, toasty, extra mayo. Different vibe than JJs, but equally as tasty! Wish I had one near my hometown. I will definitely look for another when I'm traveling!
