Jimmy John's

I always pickup my food. I've never done delivery. But the pickup option works great. It's accurate, timely and tastes great. It seems like the delivery option (at most places these days) could be dodgy, so perhaps just go get your own food. And I like earning JJ Rewards Points. Update: I will miss you guys. Not your fault at my local shop, but for my recurring loyalty, corporate decided my reward this go round would be a side of avocado spread, 70 calories of green mush for which you typically charge $2. I'd rather have received nothing than this. Potbelly is more expensive, but their loyalty program actually gives back something one would want, a free sandwich. Here ends my long-standing relationship with Jimmy John's, not with a bang but a whimper.

Mixed bag! Always get great food! Our store is less than a mile from JJs. Scary fast service is the challenge. Sometimes we ask for extra mayo and get none or ask for menus and get none. A few times it has taken 35 min to get the feast. Way to scary long. Sometimes it comes in less than 15 min. You just never know what type of wait your in for. They do say they are sorry when they are late. Just quit calling it fast delivery then! Again the food is always top notch. :)
