Tgi Fridays

It had been a while since we had visited a TGIF, so on Saturday, I told my husband to let go, so we did. Got their hostesses was very polite and attractive as to where we want to sit. Got a table in the bar area. I wanted a booth, but she explained they didn't have enough servers for that area okay cool understood. So we sat down and waited about 10 minutes for a server to come over all along it was the same server that had been walking past us the entire time, finally coming over to the table, he asked for our drink order placed that we watched our drinks sit in the window at the bar for another 15 minutes before he finally brings our drinks. He brings the drinks over, and we're ready to order he sits the drinks on the table and walks away before we can even get anything out. Oh, by the way, the drinks were on point to be $4

It was my daughter's 14th birthday dinner. She had a great time with her friends and family! I know they were short of staff and I saw people walk out on them while we were there but there services was still outstanding and she was being attentive as she could for a big group and just her self. Thank you!! My daughter was happy!!!

My wife and I both went for the whiskey cheeseburgers at the Friday store at the Northlake mall we have always always have a wait there even if there’s nobody in the store the management of the store needs to watch the front of the house. The whiskey cheeseburgers were good the fries were good the water is nice and purified Our waitress was nice friendly and efficient. The entire restaurant was almost completely empty and they still made us wait I don’t understand who is managing the store. Their was three or four waitresses and hostesses standing at the front table chit-chatting about each other and their friends while the customer has to sit and wait. Where is the customer service in this restaurant?

This was our first time visiting TGI Friday’s we ( my husband and I) were greeted promptly and had our drinks ordered as we seated our waitress was friendly and attentive she told us about the rewards program but want pushy we signed up. Free appetizer or dessert. The triple berry smoothie is delicious but has a tartness that’s unexpected. The boneless wings were spot on in flavor and size. We both enjoyed the signature jack daniels sauce. Both our burgers were tasteful and we both left feeling satisfied. Our only complaint would be that it took awhile for our food to be served and the restaurant wasn’t that busy. about 5 other tables with 2 people at each.
