Applebee's

I've been to several Apple Bee's Locations and the service is near the same, I've been to this location as well and everyone I've came in contact with are hardworking and prompt one server really stuck out to me her name is Taz she has a warm welcome and she showed excellent customer service. Reading some of you all comments they're honestly ignorant and distasteful. You find any and everything to complain about honestly being that they're understaff they do a great job. You eat your food go home and write ridiculous reviews if that's the case go home and make your own meals then you won't have that problem. Stop coming into people's restaurants with terrible attitudes and expect excellent services. Grow up people!

So, I always order the same thing..."Bourbon Street Chicken" and decided to change up. Chose the "choose three"(wonton tacos, cheeseburger egg rolls and steak quesadillas).....goood choice! Food was timely and hot on arrival! I was very pleased with service as well. The new look is a bonus! Will be back...

My husband and I ate here on 6/ 24 on a Friday evening for a quick bite in the area and I must honestly say this 5 Stars is for our waiter Tyler ONLY !!!! He was very nice and professional! Tyler was just wonderful! However I must say the food was not pleasing at all. We ordered the Burgers with the Fried egg. Please advise your COOK that he/she needs to CLEAN his / her Grill!!!!!!! The fried eggs on the Burger were greasy and brown and so were the hashbrowns! The best part of our visit was TYLER! Not the FOOD! Won't be coming back! We normally do not eat here anyways?

I was seated very promptly however it stopped there. It took forever for someone to come to my table. The manager acknowledged me sitting down and then no where to be seen I was ready to walk out. One of the waitresses came over and said hi very pleasantly and I kindly said I have been sitting here for quite awhile. Chaz the manager came over and sincerely apologized and promised my service would be superior for the rest of the night. He kept his word. He made sure food was made fresh and hot as well as the waitress checking up on me continuously. This is the FIRST Applebees in the last 4 years that has tried to make a difference. I really appreciated this. Chaz knows what he is doing and he had only been at this location for a week. He is constantly working to build his team to provide exceptional service. I will be back to this location. They do plan to undergo a renovation in November. While the space you can tell is outdated they are not trashy and it still looks respectable.
