Today's update. I would still give this Team a thumbs up for their level of service. Today's food order, though, fell short. On my Bacon, Egg and Cheese... the Bacon is burnt. Too far to go back. Still, I choose this location as to the location near me because of thier normal level of service. If I could give the Team at this location 10 stars, I surely would. The name on my receipt shows Sue but the entire Team is friendly, welcoming and the service is quick. It wasn't as if I had just ordered Coffee on the run.... I had ordered their new Omelet Bites, a Bagel with Creem Cheese and a Large Iced Chi Latte. They had My drink on the counter in a matter of moments and Sue, as always had my food hot and ready in a matter of moments. There are other locations that could take a lesson from this Team. This is not a one-off experience at this location, they are consistently on their game. Thank You for Your exceptional service.

UPDATE: They have changed management and service is much better and staff are all friendly and helpful. 2 YEARS AGO: DO NOT GO HERE if you expect decent customer service. I ordered a curbside pickup and when I pulled up, there was no space available in the 2 designated spaces for pickup order so I parked at the one next to it. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I went inside to pick up my order. I waited another 2 minutes because no one was asking if I needed help (and they clearly see me standing there by the pickup order area) so when this old, short man got there (I think he was the one bringing the curbside orders), I asked for my order and it was just sitting there at the pickup order area. I told him that I was waiting for them to bring it and he said, I should've parked at the designated pickup spaces. I told him there were no spaces available when I pulled up. I was ticked off at his comment and the fact that my food was just sitting there. For those almost 10 minutes of waiting, I've seen people come and go. He didn't even bother to see if I was in the area. The app asks for your car make and color, so clearly, he would've seen me if he had actually looked since I was in the next space. Well, after reading the reviews before writing this, it appears to be a recurring problem with curbside pickup orders and customer run-ins with this rude man. AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE!!!
