Burger King

This is a busy location for Burger King on a busy intersection. What was intriguing to me today was three things here. The time it took to place my order, pay, and receive the order was less than 30 seconds 😵...that is lights out tops compared to the growing trend of slacking or slow customer service in fast food 2022 circa. Second, I was a dine in customer. While having a working lunch, I was genuinely impressed listening to the co-workers talk amongst each other on how they plan on improving their processes at their job. They also took the trash out no less than 3 times within the 35 minutes I was there. This Burger King may look a little worn down on the outside, but the staff is running on a different level on the inside. Thumbs up BK, this location is strong 👍

I just ate here. Like just finished most of my onion rings, still sitting in my car at the burger king type of deal. I will say that even though I could've been greeted better.. like with a actual greeting (hey how are you? Or welcome to Burger King), the food was good. The burger wasn't right off the grill hot, but it was warm with fresh veggies. I had to pull up in the handicap section to wait on my onion rings...and they were hot. I havent had burger king in a very long time, so I am very glad I had a very good experience here. I enjoyed my food.

5 stars to Simone! They were extremely busy around 3 pm and she was the only one handling it. She was taking orders, getting the kitchen on track, and packing orders like a boss! She had a good attitude the whole time despite being backed up. I meant to write this review weeks ago, but Simone is a great employee and really helped. 👍🏼
