Subway

Jose was so rude last-night when I went. He had a whole attitude and argued with me because of how I wanted MY SUB I'm paying for. Telling me the rules and regulations and how I'm only allowed 6 Black olives for my foot-long sub because its in the Subway Corporate and I could call and ask them etc etc I literally was applauded!!!!!!! an just walked out, I will NEVER give this subway in Huntersville my money. He has NO customer experience at all. I was barely able to even catch his name since it was in the back of this hat . SMH .

guy who took my order was irritated after we said ALL 3 of us were going to order. soda machine was a hot mess. I was getting dr.pepper and it got everywhere. to top it all off, something that was clear and looked like sprite but did not taste like sprite came out of the cola nozzle. i would not recommend coming here

Ordered a Black Forest ham on wheat. He first tried to give me white bread until I questioned him. Then he picks up the 6” wheat, it starts to fall apart, he states “yea the bread these days just isn’t like it used to be” I should’ve order a new piece, but he I didn’t see any. If they would make fresh bread, it would not crumble and fall apart. Won’t eat at this subway again

It's like they literally count out two pieces of each topping (ex. onions, pickles, etc) for your sandwich. Very greedy with the toppings here, as well as the meat. I asked for a tuna sandwich and was given two HALF scoops instead of two full scoops. When I said something, I was given another half scoop. Also, don't ask a customer if you can sweep under them while they are eating. That is incredibly rude and very poor customer service. Your sweeping can wait until I finish my lunch.

Hours are clearly posted on the door and online but are not followed and no notes are left to clarify any early closings. The employee inside didn’t even have the courtesy to tell me that he had *just* closed moments before I walked up, 6 hours sooner than the time listed on the door, and I had to call to ask what was going on.

Worst subway I've ever been to. They were out of half the breads, almost everything was at the bare min quantity wise. The guy making the sub had no care in his attitude whatsoever. Just like the other review big chunks of onion ends and everything horribly spread out. Sub was thrown in the toaster for half the time n was still cold. Skimped on the sauces and the parmesan cheese was empty so he just shook the empty container. Absolutely pathetic. Should've read the other reviews
