Just nasty! Will never order delivery again. On top of having hair in the bag (Gross) wings looked disgusting. Called the manager and she did not care! Had to get out of bed and go back to the store for a refund. Just bad service all the way around.

Good value. Pizza ready on time. Pleasant employee. My only concern is that this was the thinnest pan crust I've ever gotten at a Pizza Hut. I sure hope this is a one-time thing and not a change in the crust, as the pan crust is why Pizza Hut is my favorite

Ordered online for delivery and the app still says it’s being delivered but when we finally got through on the phone they said very rudely they cancel all orders after 9:30… we ordered at 9:48. It would have been great had someone let us know. We had a long day of travel and we’re in a hotel and waited forever only to not get food and now too late to order elsewhere.

Ordered my food at 9:17. Was given a 47-67 or so wait. Fine....but then 1030 gets here so we call. The first guy probably lied when he said his name was Felipe, and I can bet he lied when I called the store asking about my order and he said I called the corporate number. He put me on hold and you can guess we waited all this time for no pizza. My husband called.from his phone, oddly enough he wasn't "routed to corporate." He was placed on hold forever...nevermind. never again

*DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY*
i ordered my pizza delivery and it came a half an hour late and cold. They're using door dash and the pizzas seem like they're being made immediately and then sitting until the driver picks it up, no matter how long that takes.
if you call to tell them about it you'll be on their phone recording for 20 minutes.
I guess hot pizza delivered is a thing of the past.

When the pizza is not cooked properly, do not assist on having the customer return the pizza when it was a delivery order. I also spoken that I had a 5 month old and it was too cold. Disconnected the call and did not want to give me headquarter number

Ordered a medium pizza and 6 wings at 4:22pm on a Wednesday. Delivered at 6:45pm when the app said delivery should about 30-40 min. Pizza was delivered cold and awful, almost zero sauce and a mouthful of bread. Called the location and stayed on hold for 30 min before I hung up with no answer. This place is an effing joke.

I placed a delivery order around 10:30 pm. They updated my order to “making it”, and closed the store. I never received a refund or my food. They didn’t call me to pick it up or anything. I’ll probably never eat from a Pizza Hut again.
