I accidentally put the wrong name for my orders which caused a little confusion but the staff was very quick to help me locate my order and provide me with a delicious lunch in no time at all.

I had a subpar experience when I ordered delivery and the manager went above and beyond to make it right. He contacted me personally and was so kind and genuine. My husband and I gave them another try yesterday and it was excellent! Food was delicious and the service was outstanding. This location really cares and has fantastic customer service! Matthew is a phenomenal manager.

This was my first time going to jimmy johns. I ordered a number 5 combo it was delicious! The lady (Anita) at the counter made it such an easy seamless experience. She has amazing customer service and because of this experience I will return! Thank you so much Anita!

This is a great location with good speed and what you would want to expect from a Jimmy Johns. The regional manager is there often which likely contributes to its overall consistancy, which shows that they care about what they do. Can't go wrong here!

Ordered online for pickup in store, somebody stole my order off of the to-go rack and the lady behind the counter was super nice and re-made my order for me and apologized even though it wasn’t her fault. Definitely will be back.
