Once again they had Bacon and not Sausage in the Breakfast Sausage, Egg & Cheese WRAPPERS 3rd time I had to drive back, wasting Gas & time 😤 Need to remember to avoid stopping there.

I'm giving a 5 star for service all because Briana. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She is so pleasant, well manner and professional. She needs to be in a managerial position so she can share all her great attributes with all the employees of McDonald's. Briana spreads a great light at McDonald's. She works drive thru and I have NEVER had a great experience such as the one she provided until getting served by Briana

I placed a curbside order and talked to Peyton at the window! Peyton was so wonderful and handled the situation of two customers asking about where their orders were. Peyton is the best

I have been to most of the McDonald's in the Charlotte and surrounding areas and this one by far is my favorite one to go to. Not sure about some of the negative reviews but each time I go, the customer service is excellent. Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. I always go to this location in the morning so maybe the staff is different later in the day explaining the differences in customer experiences.

Some of the reviews here are crazy. I eat a ton of fast food and this location is very good at getting the orders right and the employees are always very nice.
