The line is always long and so is the wait, however every single person behind the counter is kind, helpful and cares about doing a good job!!

I ordered a spinach wrap with a avocado spread. Unfortunately they ran out of avocado spread but the manager Sylvia offered me after pastry which I thought was so nice..honestly made my day! Quality customer service appreciated!

Crew near Gate C11 at the Charlotte Airport is absolutely fantastic! Customers rushing, not tipping (I tipped heavy because of this!)...and yet this crew is moving massive crowd forward with STYLE!!

Crazy busy but they are pumping out coffee as fast as they can. Bunch of people calling in mobile orders but they took about the same time as standing in line.

Specifically the Starbucks between Heritage Books and Chic-fil-a.
The gentlemen working here were so kind and funny, especially with all the craziness going on right now. Mike (or Michael) makes the best drinks ever 😍 the perfect blend of espresso and sweet chocolatey hazelnut. If I ever come to this air port again, I will definitely be visiting this Starbucks. Thank you for being out to bring us these delicious beverages

Stopped in before heading to my gate - your run of the mill airport spot prices are what you would expect. They were slow so service was great. Employee even offered to warmup my danish. Nice seating area terminal under construction so if you can look past that nice place to grab a coffee or snack.

This is a great Starbucks location. It’s located inside the airport between the main terminal on the way to D and E. It’s a larger restaurant and has a handful of tables and chairs inside.
The staff are always welcoming and polite, and the line moves well. It can get busy, but because of their efficiency, the wait is minimal.
The orders are always correct, coffee always piping hot, and always a fantastic experience. Great spot!
