Food took way too long to come out, meaning we had to wait at window for 5 minutes then park for about 10 minutes, but we could see it was a bit understaffed. Staff were kind, and food was good.

This is the best location we have visited in Charlotte! Very kind employees, super fast service, and ability to handle a large and complex order (sorry staff!).. We will absolutely continue to come to this location going forward.

⚠️🍔"Have it your Way" is finally back! Ever since they remodeled this Burger King it tastes like I'm almost back in the 90's except the meat you can tell was frozen and precharred. Presentation was off with the 💥NEW💥 Double Whopper Junior 🍔 aka $5 Big Meal, however it tasted AMAZING! The chicken nuggets are so thin now, but the crunch was there. The onion rings were on point! Everything came out fresh! Delicious! This was during lunch rush as well! Great Customer Service too!🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔🍔
P.S.That first bite had the sauce drip it was so PHENOMENAL!⚠️

Just sent through the drive thru. I wish this staff on the clock right now was always working... the where friendly and patient, I have a hard time hearing and they were great about it ❤ my order was correct and was all special order ❤ thanks for being great ❤

went at 9pm on a Wednesday. The woman working the drive-through was extremely nice and patient, extremely professional. She made my night by how pleasant she was. Wish i would have gotten her name.
