Dunkin'

I've never had my order made right. I order iced coffee....whenever I ask them to correct it they either scoff or tell me to deal with it. This morning I had to pick up a group order for my colleagues. I have never had a cashier so rude in my entire life. If they opened a new dunkin right next door to this one....this one would be empty 24/7

Had quite the experience at this location this morning. I went in to get a bagel with bacon/cheese, no egg. The first sandwich I received had bacon/egg but no cheese. Walked back over to get them correct this - they were very nice about it and this was no biggie - people are human and make mistakes. While I'm waiting for my corrected sandwich to be made, I can clearly see the woman that is making the sandwich. She puts the bagel in the toaster, then proceeds to take her cell phone out of her back pocket and play on it. Again, no biggie, I could care less if she's on the phone while the bagel is toasting. However, what I do care about is the fact she did this with her gloved hand, then proceeded to put together my sandwich with the same hand - no glove change. This is absolutely disgusting. It makes me think if they do this out in the open like that, what are they doing in the back where we can't see? The manager and other employees were very nice about this, but will not be back to this location and will think twice before going to others.

All other locations are wonderful!! Love the coffee and food but the older lady that works at this particular location shouldn't work with the public. She curses and would not take my order until she finished eating, then once she began taking my order she told me I didn't need what I wanted. I was appalled however still was polite thinking maybe she was having a bad day, my son was with me as well. We sat down to eat and drink and she came over cursing as she swept under our feet and asked us to move so she didnt have to sweep the rest of the day, then began speaking with another customer about "beating up customers who piss her off" also "don't let the job fool you, I'll f*** someone up". Needless to say we won't be back to that location and I feel for the other ladies that must work with her!!

The employees seem very unhappy working there, or some might say they're rude. The girl cleaning the floor was annoyed that I had to walk through her freshly mopped floor to get to the line, I even kindly said sorry and 'tip toed' and she just glared at me. The cashier whipped out his cell phone to text, and sighed impatiently, while a customer gathered her cash to pay. Another customer came to the counter because something was wrong with his coffee, and the employee greeted him with a rude tone and rolled his eyes. Apart from the fact that all shops should contain friendly staff, I think this uptown location should especially have friendly & professional employees considering all of the business they can get from the amount of constant foot traffic. I ended up walking out before ordering because it was so disappointing. I'd rather pay more money at Starbucks than be treated poorly at Dunkin.

I visited the location on Tuesday January 16, I ordered 25 box of munchkins, and a large cappuccino. Horrible!!!! The cappuccino was straight warm milk. No flavor. Nothing sweet tasting. And the cashier seemef upset when I declined the box of munchkins purchased by previous customer. I wanted no chocolate munchkins for my order. I doubt I go back. And I won't refer no-one.

THIS PLACE IS GONE FROM BAD TO WORSE WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Staff at this location are always very rude. 😡They always makes mistakes with the customer orders and roll eyes if you ask them to make it right. Management should fire all of ‘em and appoint new staff. I don’t mind paying extra and walking to Caribou’s for better service.
