Domino's Pizza

Updated to add that after Kenny reached out to us, we went back and Trevor did an amazing job. They were short and only had one person to make pizza and that was Trevor. Despite the circumstances, every last pizza was made perfectly! Thanks so much! -------------------------- INITIAL REVIEW: After we receive our order, we will never order from this location again. A few months ago, our order was messed up so bad that we got a store credit. We were told to call the store to redeem it. Well today, we're trying to redeem it and the 1st time, my husband didn't get to speak to an actual human before getting hung up on. The second time, he spoke to someone who claimed she was transferring the call and my husband was on hold for over 30 minutes and still, no order yet. It's a Monday that isn't a holiday, so what's the excuse today? Edited to add that I decided to go there in person and nothing was going on. No excuse for calls not being answered. Everyone was just standing around and 3 out of the 4 non-managerial employees were on their phones. I wonder why they feel so comfortable to be like that in front of the manager and a customer. Also, the manager did not solve one of the issues that I had. One last edit: They got one of the pizzas wrong AGAIN. I went to check my original order in my email, thinking that it may be my fault, but no. I'm not sure where the disconnect is. No need for me to even call about this since I said I'm done with this location.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews, but I had to tonight. I placed an online order tonight, for pick up, and the estimated time was 15 minutes. When I arrived, I went right in, and the man working was just about done boxing my order up (Talk about perfect timing!) For the few minutes I was inside, I noticed that there was no one else working. Just him. I asked him if he was doing everything by himself tonight, and he told me yes, that no one wants to work these days (very true, and very sad) Not only did he prepare, make, and box up my order ON TIME, it was exactly as I ordered. What a hardworking person, to run the entire place by himself. Im sure he doesn’t get paid enough, for the amount of work he has to do, and it’s actually quite sad that the company would put him in a position to even have to do that. I didn’t get your name, but thank you to the man that was working tonight 5/17/23 around 9:45pm. Your hard work didn’t go unnoticed. You’re amazing, and I hope blessings flow your way!

We order Pizza pretty often. Sometimes they make it great and other times there are a couple of issues. I always order extra sauce and Sometimes there is no sauce at all. Then Sometimes they don't cut the pizza good. I've spoken to the Manager and told him the issues and since then it's been good. Thanks for making our dinner.
