My chicken was fresh the season fries could have been fresh but long as that biscuit and chicken was I was very pleased. Can have it all. The services was fast and the chicken fresh love y'all for that thanks.

I went through drive thru. I ordered a 3pc dinner w/ dirty rice & green beans. I also ordered 2 sweet potato pies. Hands down the best Cajun spiced fried chicken in NC. They're definitely #1 in sweet tea for fast food restaurants.

The food is good for fast food. I would say, imo, this is the best Bojangle's I've had on the Eastside. Customer service is usually A+ (there was an issue the last time I was able to go inside, however, a different employee rectified it). I gave 4 instead of 5 🌟 because the dining room door is locked more than I'd like...(but it's not locked as much as it used to be or as much as other places on the Eastside, so that's a +).

It was drive thru only as I stopped for a biscuit on the way to church. I gave 3 stars because I could hear the behind the scenes conversations of the staff as things were not running the smoothest.

This location's food used to be 6/10 on a good day, but recently, it's be pushing out hot and fresh 10/10 quality!.
My only complaint is sometimes the team moves a little too quick and miss/misread an item. But they happily correct the error once it's brought to their attention.

One of the best drive through experiences I've had in Charlotte. Employees were friendly and even reminded me to check my bag to make sure it was what I ordered. The food was very fresh and tasty. It's not the closest one to me, but it will be my default location going forward.

The drive-thru line was extra long (into the street) when I arrived. However, once the line began moving, it went rather quickly. The food was hot and fresh! The 20-piece chicken box with biscuits and 4 sides was a winner with my family! I ordered sweet tea, but received unsweetened tea. Good food! Overall, it was a good experience! I love Bojangles!

My chicken was hot fresh and delicious. The young lady at the front register was very nice. I ordered an 8 piece box with 4 biscuits. It seemed as though the moment I was done paying for my order it was ready. Way to go Bojangles! I will be back really soon.
