I went by a week ago 3 minutes before they closed yet the young lady was helpful and kind. Ice cream was not available since they were closing but the cookies were great.

I’ve had two amazing experiences with the great American cookie company in the north lake mall! I’ve had two different cookie cakes done both with original art and I can’t believe how well executed they both were! Totally exceeded my expectations and quite frankly made both birthdays that much more special!!
I will be back over and over...great job! 🙌

Me again!! Worse mother in the world!!! I am at Great American Cookie for the 2nd time today because I dropped the cookie that I got for my daughters 17th birthday and Caryl I saving me by fixing it!
