It’s something I can afford and the fact that you literally always make it fast and hot ! You are amazing and make me believe customer service can be good at a fast food place ! Talon (the new manager as of this review) is awesome. Hes back there working hard, looks like hes by himself, and he still comes up to me smiling and asking how he can help. He helped me correct a wrong order from last night, offered me something for the inconvenience, and was the ideal face of quality customer service.

This location is very clean & efficient. The customer service was EXCELLENT from Zachariah & Manager Javarius.Coming from the kitchen world I am very impressed with their work ethic. Both these men deserve raises. Keep up the good work!

This one location and another out of Hilton Head are the only ones I a wouldn’t hesitate to order from because they always make my pizzas perfect.
Staff is very welcoming even during COVID-19 restrictions, and they’ve always been so caring whenever we’ve ordered. Long before COVID-19.
I might be all the way in Concord, but I’d rather wait until I get close to home to order from Colwick road. Otherwise, I don’t order Domino’s.
I’ve been their customer for 15 years now.

This Domino's is my local store and it's always on point. They're so close I almost always do pick up in store. They always get my order right. When I order for pickup at a certain time, it always ready on time. They do a good job. No complaints.

I'm disabled and I don't get out often so I order here fairly frequently. They have wonderful customer service, the pizzas are always hot and on time. I've only had one incident where my order was incorrect and they fixed it immediately! Great Domino's store!!

So after reading all the reviews I was a little scared about placing a pick up order. I am absolutely glad I did!!!! They were kind and fast. The pizza taste amazing and they were not shy on the order at all!!!! Thank you all for making a wonderful pizza!!!! If only #papajohns could make there pizza’s this good!!! Sorry papa johns!!!! But Dominos got it right and put plenty of topping on too!!! Keep up the great work you all!!!!!

The customer service is great when calling.
