Been here since 10:28 pm and I haven’t been addressed yet! And it’s 11:45 pm . I’ve called in the store twice with no answer finally on the 3rd attempt I got someone. All just to tell me they are closed even though they close at 11pm . Then states they are out of chicken…. At what point was anyone going to ever tell us in the drive through that? She responded with the cashier must have took her headset off. Very unprofessional location && certainly misleading to say the least.

Cashier did Not Listen to the Requested Order. I am Disappointed; However, It Is All Good 😊. I am looking forward to Us ALL having a better Blessed and Marvelous day. I am not sure if they are trying to save on the biscuits dough or coleslaw, but the wings looked great. I hate I didn't get a chance to taste them. The biscuit in my box looks like I ordered a kids' meal. I have never seen a biscuit from any take-out that small. And the container of coleslaw was half full. Not what I am used to from KFC. I got a refund.

Three times going to this location and something goes wrong everytime. 1st time I swapped my fries for a different side and they still gave me the fries instead. 2nd time guy on the intercom asked me to wait a second and then never came back, i waited 15 minutes and kept trying to talk into the intercom and got no response. 3rd time I order a spicy chicken sandwich and a normal chicken sandwich with no pickles, I instead got two spicy chicken sandwiches with nothing on them just bread and chicken(also the order took aprx 20-30 mins each time with no real line of ppl).

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries, the chicken sandwich was tough, like it was redipped in grease, and I received more sauce packets then the fries itself and they were hard and very, very salty. The only thing I enjoyed was the lemonade. All of this for $7.00 and some change. Very dissatisfied customer at the store on Wendover.
