Little Caesars

I haven't bought Little Caesars personally in years. A good coupon I had sponsored tonight's Slices-N-Stix dinner. The young man at the counter greeted me when I came in. Once I told him I'd placed my order online, he explained how to get my order from the machine keeping it hot. The seasoning on cheese sticks was a little salty with the marinara, but everything was good.

Ordered pizza to be picked up in their pick up oven after waiting 15 mins was informed by email it was not available at pick up oven. someone at counter handed me a cold pizza that was sitting on their counter. I order this 8 hours prior for a specific time. Guess there reason why they sell 6 pies. Won't return

So the pro tip for Little Caesars is when you order your hot and ready. Tell them you want no sauce on it. I know. I know it sounds unnatural but take it from me. It'll change how much you like Little Caesars. So much better. Might have to wait a few more minutes but it's absolutely worth it. Give it a try next time

Done with Caesars. No more call in orders at this location. Delivery services only. The only way to make a pick up order now is to go in, make the order, and wait for whatever ridiculous amount of time they tell you. While you wait for your pizza, you get to stand there and watch the employees on their phone, horsing around, and taking they're sweet time to get a pizza that could have been made and out the door 20 minutes ago. According to the manager, they don't do phone orders because their pansy waste employees (mainly teens) don't want to be "upset" by the customer. Granted it'll cost a little extra, but I'm going back to Pizza Hutt.

They should change it from Hot & Ready to Cold & 1 hour late. Had a mobile order for two pepperoni pizzas, received a notification that it was ready and when I arrived at the store I was told it was an hour wait. After waiting, they only gave me one pizza and with an hour wait for another, I cut my losses and left. Also, after 6 attempts to call the store with no answer and a voicemail that wasn't even set up, I witnessed Post Malone at the counter checking his own phone while talking to customers, but ignoring the phone in the store.

i feel like the only reason they’re still in business is for when there’s no other pizza open, quick birthday parties/ events, you’re super drunk and wanting pizza and it’s the only one nearby or situations like that…the cheese pizza has no flavor/is despicable. pepperoni is bearable because the pepperoni is some source of flavor..tried their wings for the first time today & it doesn’t even feel like i’m eating chicken. glad i wasn’t the one that paid for it

My order was confirmed, only to be told when pick- up person arrived they were out of what I ordered. The rest of my order was cold, greasy and cut into weird little squares. Pizza was okay but not the best I've had from Little Caesars. I don't recommend the delivery option which is why I think my order was all messed up. My order is always great when I pick up!!
