Fo a first-time India visitor as me, the experience was wonderful. Very friendly staff, excellent cusine and a huge variety of dishes to try. Highly recommended!

Visited reef on 13.8.23. For lunch buffet.. Price was 3000+ tax per head. The buffet spread was huge, all cuisines were included. Some dishes were ok .. Special mention for their excellent hospitality... They make you feel special with their smile and attitude. Their ambience was great.. The hotel has a very beautiful and soothing outside atmosphere. Only thing was their music was too loud that at a point I had headache.. Overall Sheraton is great experience.

We had lunch buffet at The Reef restaurant
and the spread was extensive, exhaustive but equally impressive. We had a pleasant birthday get together & impromptu celebration there. Staff esp Sharon & Ashir went above and beyond to ensure things were like as we wished.. Live music , wide selection of drinks , starters , main course , especially desserts made the family get together even more enjoyable.. It was indeed a premium service & experience.

The ambiance at The Reef is not easily explainable in a few words. It certainly brings in a blissful and serene state of mind. This place is beautifully planned and has beach access as well. The food is Good , certainly could be better , they could add a few more main course dishes for what they charge ,however it certainly is not attracting the crowd just for the food. If you want a good relaxed evening with family and friends with safe beach access near kovalam even after sunset this is the perfect spot.

Had dinner buffet and breakfast buffet here during our stay at the Sheraton grand chennai. The spread was huge. The dishes were so delicious. Staff were so caring and serving according to the individual needs. Chef himself walked down to the table to find the guests' requirements and made dishes as ordered. The ambience was nice. Excellent hospitality! Will definitely keep coming back to this place and would recommend it to all of my friends as well.
