Very nice movie theatre . Cleanliness very well maintained and good entertainment spot. Bathrooms are very clean. I watched hi naana movie here. The sound and the sound effects were very amazing. Centralised AC is there all over the theatre. It almost looks like a modern theatre. But what I observed here while I compared with other theatres is that in other theatres the prices of food items were less that the ticket cost while in sathyam the prices of food items are far more than ticket rates. I might be wrong. There are also many food stalls in 1st floor. There was a lot of parking space available.

Great maintenance and a good news is the seats are changed, Now the seats are more cushioned and comfortable 😊. Well maintained and clean. One suggestion is reduce the cost of foods that are sold(Anyway it will be not considered! Thought to say). Great screen with good sound and ambiance. I’m really love to watching movies here. It’s just Rs.10 for parking and they giving option to select seats by our self in the direct ticket booking area. It’s really impressed compare to other theatres, screening, seating, atmosphere, smell, restroom ,foods. Every thing is really good maintenance. Actually it was my first visit movie make me a disappointment, but not Sathyam Cinemas

One of the best theatres in Chennai - the quality of the Sathyam main screen is very good - parking charges are affordable- the only issue is pop corn and food price - but can’t do much on that front ! After trying many theatres globally - I would say - this theatre is on par with international standards - and the sound and picture experience is unbelievably good 😊!

One of the best theatres in Chennai., and somehow I missed to write up the review and finally it’s done today. Worth watching movie in this screen especially main one… huge screen with excellent sound system. Seat comfort is not so great compared to PVR and eatables are too costly are the cons here. Huge parking and cleanliness is awesome for such huge multiplex theatres. Well maintained and staff behaviour is excellent. 👍
