Waiting time is high for people who has ordered for takeaway.. Restaurant is not crowed but still delayed.

Although the taste and ambience is good. The bill was not generated but the items in the bill were given for dining. Don't know if it's a one time occurence or multiple time occurence. Apart from that everything else is fine.

They quality of the food they provide is awesome. People can enjoy with their friends and family. The only thing is there is no water bottles available for the customers.

A real good experience with regards to ambiance, safety and cleanliness. I was checked with my temperature & also given hand sanitiser.
I ordered 5-in-1 Classic Zinger Box & 5-in-1 Rice bowl.
These were too good for two people to have it as a sumptuous meal. Total cost was ₹428.
We were treated really well. There were safety markers in between the tables.
Food was served hot and when it comes to taste, nothing could beat KFC. You can go fir shopping or movie as this is in Skywalk mall.
If you’re a burger lover, you shouldn’t miss it.

Good service here. They are strict regarding the Covid situation which is good. The place might need better ventilation (I once fainted here after a game in Double Dribble).

- Ambience is awesome to dine with friends, family and partner. Nice decorations and well Maintained. Probably one of the best ever kfc outlets in chennai.
- Only thing, just the staffs should give more privacy to customers, becoz sometimes they just ask the service review and rating in between while eating. Atleast they should be asking for it at the end of the meal. Anyhow that's not a big deal friendly service though.
- Besides Ambience and Service, KFC never failed to make great chicken varieties, just seems the food quantity becomes less than before. Taste wise #Sogood !
